The President signed into a law a continuing resolution to provide funding for the federal agencies until December 20. Most importantly, the continuing resolution also repeals the $7.569 billion rescission of highway contract authority scheduled to take place on July 1, 2020 by the FAST Act. If the rescission had not been repealed, Florida would have lost $200,275,409, of which almost $20 million would be removed from Broward’s budget.
