Administrative Assistant |
The Administrative Assistant provides support for the Deputy Executive Director and Planning and Programming Department. Work involves development and maintenance of monitoring and tracking reports, assisting with purchases, scheduling meetings and events, development of various reports, support for travel arrangements, assist with managing grants, managing files and databases, and preparation of various documents. This position will also support board and committee meetings and the development of agenda packages. Employees in this class work with relative independence on routine MPO activities and exercise increased initiative in performance of assignments as experience is gained. |

Transportation Engineer |
The Transportation Engineer is a professional and technical planning position providing advanced planning and high level technical support and expertise to the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), including being responsible for and managing or assisting with major MPO programs, projects or plans such as: Congestion Management Process, Complete Streets, Complete Streets and Localized Initiatives Program (CSLIP), Safe Routes to Schools, resiliency, city-wide, corridor and Mobility Hubs planning; data collection and management; project review for consistency with MPO Core Products; and administrative support to meet other state and federal requirements. |
