The Broward MPO’s procurement rules apply to purchases and sales by the organization without regard to source of funds. Notwithstanding the provisions in these Procurement Rules, Broward MPO purchasing shall be conducted in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal law, and in a manner that preserves local, state, and federal funding received by Broward MPO in connection with its transportation planning responsibilities.
