The MPO’s Roads for Economic Vitality (REV) program provides funding for small local transportation projects that will improve the safety and mobility for all transportation users in Broward. This competitive grant program can fund projects such as (but not limited to): complete streets projects, traffic calming and intersection improvements, ADA upgrades, mobility hubs, bike racks and technology advancements such as transit signal priority and traffic control devices.

The submittal portal for REV Cycle 1 is officially closed. Thank you to all who submitted an application by the June 17th deadline. The MPO team will review your applications and respond with any comments via email.

Our pre-application meetings have concluded. Thanks to FDOT and the twenty-five partner agencies who made them successful! Note that a pre-application meeting is required in order to submit a project application to REV Cycle 1.
The MPO Board approved the proposed changes to the REV Policies and Evaluation Crtieria on February 12, 2026. Check out the updates to these documents on the Application Information page.
The MPO approved the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four Draft Tentative Work Program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 - 2031 at their board meeting on October 30, 2025.
